august: eating

I went added-sugar-free starting in mid-August, so that has changed up our eating quite a bit. I'll blog more about it sometime, but here is some of what has been hitting our plates...

waffles with blackberry peach chia jam (I leave out the honey)

summer corn and bean soup - a favorite but add 1 tsp cumin

pesto pasta (actually pesto on everything!)

BLTs (with pesto!)

roasted beets with goat cheese


spinach & feta omelettes with pan sautéed cherry tomatoes

greek burgers (ground bison, red onion, oregano, feta)

sugar free chocolate shakes (almond milk, yogurt, banana, PB, cocoa)
