Running Log

Half marathon is done. Back home today and marathon training has officially started... with a rest day! Actually I need to sit down and figure out my running schedule for this week. And I want to focus on stretching. I'm also watching my ankle again this week. I had no pain while I was running, but after I crossed the finish line, it started bothering me a bit. Fortunately it is pretty much better today.
