Running Log

Got in most of my planned miles despite the tummy bug that was living in our house all week. I'm back to tennis, but decided not to add in anything else quite yet. Don't want to over do it. I might start back to swimming this week.

I decided on my marathon training plan. I think. It is a beginner marathon plan, and even though this will be my first marathon, I wonder if the plan is a bit too easy. The mileage seems low. But I also really don't want to over train and get hurt. And I like that it really focuses on the mental aspect of the run. Plus an easier plan may allow me to better keep up with tennis, swimming and biking.
