Menu Plan Monday

Last week's meal plan got a bit messed up... Matt ended up working late on Wednesday so we ate leftovers, we changed Thursday to family date night and did a pizza picnic in the park, and we went to Matt's work dinner on Friday night. Since I still have the ingredients, some of this week's plan is the same as last weeks.


Tuesday - Butternut Squash Risotto

Wednesday - Community Meal - no cooking - woohoo!

Thursday - Date Night - kids will have Tofu Fishy Sticks with roasted sweet potatoes

Friday - Steak on the grill with a Shredded Beet and Carrot Salad from Great Food Fast
Other kitchen related tasks this week include freezing grated zucchini, trying a new snack recipe for Lima Bean & Roasted Red Pepper Dip that I pulled out of an old Natural Health magazine, and preparing snacks for preschool next week.
